Designation Of Chief Name Registration Officer
(1) The Commission may designate the District Election Officer as the Chief Name Registration Officer in each District for collecting and updating Electoral Rolls and doing all other necessary acts pertaining thereto.
(2) The office of Chief Name Registration Officer shall be situated in the District Election Office.
